Main Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Strategy Development: Define and execute commercial strategies for convergent customer base, including pricing definition and campaign management.
  • Customer Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer base and deact data to identify insights and opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Channel Management: Establish and maintain close relationships with sales channels to deliver commercial targets and drive customer retention.
  • Budget Planning and Performance Monitoring: Plan and monitor budgets, deact, and renewals performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize commercial levers.
  • Commercial Offer Development: Continuously improve and define the commercial offer and customer experience processes.

Loyalty and Reward Program Management:

  • Commercial Partnerships: Identify and partner with commercial partners to offer rewards and gratuities to customers.
  • Campaign Development: Develop commercial campaigns to promote the loyalty program and drive customer engagement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Churn Convergent CB (%): Monitor and improve churn rates for convergent customer base.
  • Outflow (k): Manage and reduce outflow of customers.
  • Customer Base Management (k): Optimize customer base management through prevention, retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Loyalty Program Engagement: Increase accesses to the loyalty program and related redemptions.

Requirements:

  • Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Complexity Management: Show ability to manage complexity and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • University Degree or Equivalent: Hold a university degree or equivalent.
  • Excel Skills: Excellent use of Excel.
  • Services Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the services industry, with knowledge of TLC/ICT a plus.
  • SAS Skills: Basic use of SAS a plus.
