About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Management Specialist to join our dynamic team at Maersk. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our SCM customers' operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Standard Operating Procedures for each client, continuously reviewing and improving processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and timely sales invoice processing in line with company policy and client requirements.
  • Process supplier purchase invoices within established quality procedures.
  • Optimize shipment processes to maximize contribution while meeting service level requirements at the lowest possible cost.
  • Review and document key work processes in the intranet to ensure seamless operations.
  • Produce internal and external reports, including client KPI reporting, to inform business decisions.
  • Support clients in problem-solving by building a deep understanding of their business and providing solutions that improve outcomes.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to optimize client operations.
  • Represent Maersk in a positive and proactive manner, offering alternative solutions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, regulations, and corporate values.
Requirements
  • Enrollment in the Italian 'Collocamento mirato' register, ex L.68/99 art. 18.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is a must.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the logistics industry.
  • Developed communication, persuasiveness, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong needs evolution and questioning skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to handle common customer objections.
