We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at Marposs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of pay slips, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll data, including time keeping and pension obligations
- Manage monthly and annual declarations to social insurance and tax authorities
- Coordinate with other administrative departments to ensure accurate personnel cost data
- Stay up-to-date with tax and contribution laws and regulations
- At least 5 years' experience in Personnel Administration using the Zucchetti platform
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
