Job Summary
Marposs is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join its Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out administrative activities related to payroll management, including time keeping, pay slips, pension and insurance plan obligations, and monthly and annual declarations to social insurance and tax authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll and manage employee compensation
- Prepare and submit reports to social insurance and tax authorities
- Manage personnel cost data and provide insights to other administrative departments
- Stay up-to-date with laws and regulations on tax and contribution matters
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in Personnel Administration using the Zucchetti platform
- Degree in Business Administration with a mark of over 100/110
- Great attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and good stress tolerance
