We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Art Director to join our team at LePub. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for leading the art direction of national and international projects, developing innovative communication solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the art direction of national and international projects, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies that meet business objectives and drive results.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform and improve our creative work.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in the field of art direction, with a proven track record of success in leading creative teams and developing innovative campaigns.
  • Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong creative vision and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, and account managers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
