**Job Summary:**
This position is part of BLUTEK Finance and Controlling function, which tasks include month-end closing and reporting as well as forecasting related tasks, as well as several other finance tasks incurring in a global manufacturing business. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely journal entries into the general ledger system, surveying operations to ascertain accounting needs, performing monthly general ledger account reconciliations, and providing timely, accurate and professional reports.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare accurate and timely journal entries into the general ledger system including but not limited to Agents and Rep commission corrections, accruals and reserve adjustments, loss and obsolescence, unemployment taxes, vacation, holiday, earned time, workers' comp.
- Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
- Perform monthly general ledger account reconciliations and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual balance sheet account analysis in accordance with company policies and accounting regulations.
- Provide timely, accurate and professional reports including any annual federal and state tax schedules and both domestic and international reports.
- Interface with internal and external auditors on US GAAP, statutory and tax audits.
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly Sales and Operations reports.
- Support the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly bridges for the Company.
**Estimated Salary:** €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business.
- Experience in accounting and reporting in a global manufacturing or in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Italian.
