Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our Compressors product line. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Life Cycle Management: Develop and execute product life cycle strategies, including product vision, product strategy, product roadmap, and product development.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Product Performance and Efficiency: Ensure that our Compressors products meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and reliability, while maintaining a competitive edge.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Segment Targeting and Positioning: Develop and execute segment targeting and positioning strategies to effectively reach and engage with our target audience.
  • Vertical Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of vertical markets and develop strategies to drive business growth and improve market position.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Utilize data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improve product performance.
  • Leadership and Influence: Lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive product development and launch, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with the product strategy.

Requirements:

  • Engineering Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business.
  • Product Management Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the machinery and compressors industry.
  • Technical and Commercial Skills: Strong technical and commercial skills, including knowledge of product technologies, sales levers, and market analysis.
  • Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and improve market position.
