Sales Operations Specialist

Job Overview
The Sales Operations Manager will play a critical role in supporting sales leaders in evaluating sales performance against goals, identifying opportunities for optimization, and ensuring attainment vs. forecast. This individual will drive the rhythm of business activities such as Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other cadenced reporting and metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales leaders in evaluating sales performance and identifying opportunities for optimization
- Drive the rhythm of business activities such as Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Develop and maintain scalable mechanisms to support business and program operation processes
- Collaborate with finance, HR, sales operations, and other stakeholders to identify and address reporting issues
- Provide reporting and dashboards to enable informed and insightful business influencing decisions and improvement readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations
- Experience defining, refining, and implementing processes, procedures, and policies
- Financial, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing and evolving role
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required (extensive knowledge of Excel required)
- Ability to work in a lean, fast-paced organization, and a desire to own and refine key operational processes
- Experience with other 3rd party reporting platforms such as SalesForce
- Understanding and experience working in a SaaS environment
