About Qt, a global software company, seeks a Senior Renewals Specialist to manage existing customer relations and renewal business in the APAC region.

The ideal candidate will have experience in BDR/SDR, Inside Sales, Renewals or Customer Success, preferably in the technology industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing renewal contracts to ensure timely bookings
  • Communicating with customers through online meetings, phone, and email
  • Understanding budgets, stakeholders, requirements, and approval processes
  • Selling licenses for software development, user interface design, and testing
  • Collaborating with Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success to align on customer strategies
  • Using value selling to defend against competitive and pricing pressure
  • Discovering potential license expansions to refer up-and cross-selling opportunities
  • Providing regular updates on renewal statuses and escalating customer requests as needed
