Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Technical Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft HCM Technical Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM solutions, with a strong focus on technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance on PeopleSoft HCM implementation and configuration
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for PeopleSoft HCM solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PeopleSoft HCM with other systems
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to PeopleSoft HCM
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve PeopleSoft HCM performance and efficiency

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of professional work experience in implementing and supporting PeopleSoft ERP Applications
  • Extensive experience with PeopleSoft 9.2, including implementation, support, and upgrade
  • Proven deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, particularly Profile Management, Search and Compare, Group Build, and Guided Self-Service
  • Strong experience with PeopleSoft reporting tools, including SQR, Query, Connected Query, BI Publisher, and Kibana Analytics
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, subject matter experts, and non-expert users
