About the Role:

IT001 Marsh Spa is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Communication Intern to join our Marcomm Team in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our marketing and communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and manage digital, hybrid, and in-person events, including logistics, invitations, programs, and content.
  • Contribute to communication efforts by updating website content and internal platforms, writing articles, creating internal mailings, and preparing promotional presentations.
  • Support the implementation of marketing global, regional, and local campaigns and deliver content, collaborating with internal teams to gather and develop content that aligns with marketing objectives.
  • Interact with senior staff and external parties to establish a collaborative work environment.
  • Understand Marcomm processes and procedures and effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Arts, Foreign Languages, or a related field.
  • Language skills: proficiency in Italian and English.
  • Excellent knowledge and usage of Microsoft Office package (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Office 365).
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics and ADS is a plus.
  • Proactivity, strong spirit of initiative, excellent organizational skills, ability to work in a team, and to objectives, flexibility.
  • Project management approach.
  • Willingness to continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • Studying or having previous work experiences abroad is considered a nice-to-have.
