ROLE OVERVIEW

We are in search of travel enthusiasts who excel in guest relations for our depot in Signa - Florence. As a key representative of our company, you will report directly to the Operations Area Manager in Italy, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and addressing any operational issues to guarantee a smooth-running depot.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage incoming reservations, greet guests, and oversee check-in and check-out processes;
  • Ensure the fleet is well-maintained and logistics are effectively managed;
  • Control activity bookings, manage inventory, and coordinate with local suppliers and cleaning services;
  • Address complaints, emergencies, and any local challenges to maintain operational efficiency;
  • Prepare and clean campervans for customer use;
  • Monitor and manage maintenance and repair needs for the fleet;
  • Assist in the resale of campervans, preparing and showcasing them to potential buyers.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • A travel enthusiast with a background in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car is preferred;
  • Fluency in English and Italian is essential;
  • Eligibility to work in Italy, a valid driver's license, and confidence in driving a campervan are mandatory;
  • A responsible individual who is dependable and takes their work seriously;
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
