Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Consultant to join our Procurement department in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing strategic consulting projects for our global corporate clients, helping them create and implement travel procurement strategies, optimize and manage their global hotel spending, and ensure a seamless travel experience for their employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage hotel programs of clients, including strategy definition, hotel procurement, and continuous hotel program management
  • Conduct analyses and derive insights from client data and extensive HRS global benchmark data to identify hotel spend optimization potential
  • Manage sourcing projects with client team members and consultant peers across the world
  • Collaborate with our global procurement and sales organization
Requirements:
  • Education background in Business Management or similar
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience, including using formulas
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a passion for translating data into actionable, meaningful insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with various stakeholders
  • Curious mindset, with the ability to think outside the box
  • Innovative individual with a problem-solving approach
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written (other European languages are a plus)
