Ok, ma cosa farai di preciso?
Il/La FIELD SPECIALIST presidierà un panel di negozi di elettronica di consumo della GDS (Grande Distribuzione Specializzata) con visite programmate, con l'obiettivo di rafforzare le relazioni e migliorare le competenze degli addetti vendita sui prodotti del nostro cliente.
Come?
Sviluppando una forte partnership con i punti vendita per creare lo store perfetto in base alle direttive del cliente;
Monitorando e implementando attività di visual merchandising, incluse il posizionamento di materiali POP per aumentare la visibilità dei prodotti;
Gestendo la manutenzione delle aree dedicate in termini visual, pulizia e correttezza dell'esposizione;
Monitorando le attività dei competitor e fornendo feedback sulle stesse;
Gestendo formazioni coinvolgenti del personale del negozio, sia in loco sia, eventualmente, attraverso piattaforme digitali, per promuovere una conoscenza approfondita dei prodotti del cliente;
Gestendo una reportistica puntuale, sia quantitativa che qualitativa, per fornire al cliente feedback e insight utili allo sviluppo dell'attività.
