About the Role

The Regional Manager position at KellyDeli is a key role that requires a strong link between the company's back office, retail partners, and points of sales. This position is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of points of sales to ensure operational excellence throughout their network.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Sales Performance
  • Manage all kiosk Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to include: like-for-like performance metrics, total revenue, range/variety analysis, and implementation of correct product mix.
  • Ensure partners utilize production management techniques to increase overall revenues of their assigned kiosks through analysis of peak times and individual product demand.
  • Establish proactive sales activities in all kiosks within their region, such as tastings and high levels of customer interaction.
  • Help create and implement comprehensive sales training programs to motivate partners to increase sales using proven sales techniques.
  • Organize internal sales competitions to increase partner engagement of sales measurement and activities.
Partner Relationship Management
  • General business updates with retail partner management to define overall picture, sales, marketing, quality, new product development, company initiatives, and action plans.
  • Represent the Sushi Daily brand at the local level with retailers, communicating important updates, performance success, and marketing plans.
  • Gain the trust of franchisees and ensure their job satisfaction.
  • Assure the respect of the global contract agreement at the local level.
  • Make meaningful introductions of new partners into retail management to ensure relationships get off to a strong start.
  • Ensure training around store regulation has been followed with success.
  • Help create partner action plans based on main indicators, such as mystery shopper results, complaints, and audit results.
Brand Excellence
  • Work closely with retailers to ensure and protect brand consistency at all levels.
  • Carry out monthly store visits to monitor brand standards.
  • Regularly check product quality, packaging, and food safety.
  • Coach partners on corrective actions where quality may have slipped, ensuring they understand the reasons behind this.
  • Check marketing campaigns are being deployed correctly across your region's kiosks.
  • Ensure that global company standards of performance are followed and implemented.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience in a similar Regional Manager/Area Manager position with industry experience in Food & Beverage or Food Retail is a huge advantage.
  2. Experience in multi-site management ideally in the world of catering and/or franchising.
  3. A highly motivated self-starter, a team player who builds great relationships with colleagues and customers, while equally happy to spend periods alone in the field.
  4. Results and business-oriented, comfortable working with numbers.
  5. Excellent analytical skills to identify problems and propose concrete solutions.
  6. A highly organized individual, rigorous in setting up internal procedures and monitoring regulatory obligations.
  7. Positive by nature, with a strong network and excellent communication skills, acting as a true ambassador of your region.
  8. Ability to work in multicultural environments.
  9. Committed, able to convince and make decisions, supportive.
  10. Comfortable in a non-hierarchical and transversal role, demonstrating listening, openness, enthusiasm, and simplicity.
  11. Fluent in Italian and English.
  12. Have a full EU Driving license.
