About the Role

We are seeking passionate Engineering Graduates to join our team as Shift Operative Leaders in our plants in Northern Italy. This role offers an exciting career path in our dynamic Operations function, where you will have the opportunity to develop technical and managerial skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage various activities in Production and Human Resources management.
  • Support the execution of production, coordinating the line team in operational activities and ensuring the presence and optimization of production factors.
  • Prepare and start-up lines, as well as their interruption, slowdown, or breakdown in cooperation with the Maintenance team.
  • Manage the application of resource allocation criteria on lines and operational workforce.
  • Assist the Production Unit Manager in drawing up the merit plan.
  • Maintain safety standards on lines, both food/hygiene and workplace safety.
  • Support and develop Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • University Master's Degree background in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Initial experience of one or two years in Manufacturing companies.
  • Good understanding of production processes and interpersonal and management skills.
  • Desire for international mobility.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English.
