Job Title: Senior Export Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Export Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export sales, preferably in the food industry or a related sector, and experience in managing sales teams and developing brands on international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and develop a sales team to achieve sales targets and promote professional growth.
  • Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective branding strategies on international markets, increasing brand visibility and perception.
  • International Sales: Identify new market opportunities, develop relationships with key clients and distributors, and negotiate commercial agreements. Plan and implement strategies for market penetration and growth.
  • Commercial Back Office: Ensure efficient management of commercial back office operations, including order management, logistics, and export documentation. Collaborate with the administrative team to optimize processes and provide excellent customer service.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to monitor global trends, analyze competition, and identify new growth opportunities. Use market data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Planning and Reporting: Develop detailed sales plans, monitor sales performance, and generate regular reports for management. Provide accurate forecasts and sales analysis to support business planning.
  • Trade Show Participation: Represent the company at international trade shows, industry events, and client meetings, promoting products and strengthening commercial relationships.
Requirements
  • Export Sales Experience: Proven experience in an export sales role, preferably in the food industry or a related sector. Experience in managing sales teams and developing brands on international markets.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Results-Oriented: Ability to work independently and focus on achieving sales targets and brand growth.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial back office operations, including logistics, order management, and export documentation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term commercial relationships.
  • Market Analysis: Ability to analyze market data and use insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Languages: Fluent in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

The salary will be discussed during the interview and will be based on the candidate's experience.
