As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Plant and Tools Fleet, ensuring the best availability of equipment in optimal conditions. This will involve expertly handling heavy or specific construction equipment, considering installation/construction on-site constraints, techniques, phasing, HSE, and more.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical/electrical engineering, with experience in site management and construction activities. A certification on railway safety and site EHS management is also a must. Additionally, the candidate will have a deep understanding of track and catenary construction equipment, railway equipment, and thermal engines, hydraulic, electromechanical, and pneumatic systems.

The Plant Manager will be part of the Construction/Installation core team and will be responsible for reporting on progress and Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) KPI. The role also involves managing the procurement of new Plant, including RFQ definition, offers analysis, factory acceptance tests, test & commissioning, and managing rental contracts and conditions.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional who can lead the Plant and Tools teams effectively, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
