Job Title: IT Operations Support Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Support Lead to join our team at Vodafone. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for governing the technical operations of our BSS/OSS platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Govern the technical operations of BSS/OSS platforms in the production environment
* Coordinate application deployments on BSS/OSS platforms
* Monitor performance and availability for BSS/OSS platforms
* Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Handle customer relationship management
* Define and maintain operating procedures for day-to-day and extraordinary management of platforms

Requirements:

* Experience in operation management of complex platforms based on standard DB (Oracle/SQL), Linux, Java, and common packages
* Knowledge of ITIL and other best practices
* Experience managing internal teams and outsourced services
* Ability to develop metrics and control models of activities
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Engineering degree in Computer Science
* Fluency in English
* Knowledge of Kubernetes and/or Big Data/Cloudera
