Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchase Specialist to join our Purchasing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders, communicating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders from emission to delivery, ensuring compliance with company directives.
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery dates.
- Monitor suppliers' estimated time of arrival and update information in the system.
- Collect and verify shipping documents against related supply orders.
- Perform data entry and update information in the system.
- Conduct reporting and analysis to optimize purchasing processes.
Requirements
- Economic education.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Dynamic personality, proactivity, and hands-on approach.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
