Responsabilità
  • Disegnare e stabilire visioni per la trasformazione digitale orientata all'implementazione di soluzioni ed architetture IT orientate alla sostenibilità
  • Creare strategie IT e roadmap di architettura, comprese viste ben articolate delle fasi di transizione verso obiettivi di sostenibilità
  • Comprendere l'intero stack di architettura, comprese le architetture di rete, dati, applicazione, sistema, sicurezza e integrazione al fine di disegnare e implementare soluzioni di:
  • piattaforme di reporting ESG
  • digital product passport e tracciabilità della supply chain
  • LCA nei processi di design e sviluppo prodotto
  • piattaforme di energy management
  • sistemi di raccolta dati per rendicontazione scope 3 (ISO 14064)
  • piattaforma di waste management
  • ottimizzazioni delle architetture dei clienti al fine di ridurre il consumo di risorse con obiettivi di sostenibilità e di decarbonizzazione

  • preparare piani di go-to-market e seguire la loro esecuzione con l'obiettivo di raggiungere gli obiettivi di budget prefissati
  • rafforzare la visibilità di Capgemini Engineering sul mercato come player di riferimento nei progetti di sostenibilità
  • supportare gli account di riferimento e la market unit per massimizzare la value proposition
  • coordinarsi con le diverse unità di pre-sales e di delivery dell'ambito sostenibilità per individuare altre opportunità in linea con le linee di offerta del CoE (up-selling e cross-selling)
Requisiti
  • conoscenza di principali piattaforme di reporting di sostenibilità
  • conoscenza dei principali DB Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, DB2, conoscenza di DB NOSQL (MongoDB)
  • conoscenza application server IIS, Tomcat, Wildfly, jBoss
  • conoscenza ed esperienza del paradigma DevOps
  • conoscenza di metodologie Agile e in particolare SCRUM
  • esperienza nella progettazione architetturale cloud: Docker, Kubernetes e OpenShift
  • capacità di trasformare un requisito funzionale in tecnico
  • ottima capacità di disegnare una architettura software
  • buona capacità di gestione di un team e di sviluppo delle risorse
