Job Title: Medical Science Liaison - South Italy

Jefferson Wells is seeking a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison to join our team in South Italy. As a Medical Science Liaison, you will play a critical role in representing the medical expertise of our client, a multinational company, in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and Maintain Medical Relationships: Represent Medical Affairs externally to establish and maintain medical relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), HCPs, and key accounts on behalf of the Company.
  2. Execute Country Medical Plans: Execute country medical plans locally by representing the medical expertise in TAs and products and through scientific engagement with the medical community.
  3. Provide Disease State Education: Provide disease state education, medical information, and research support.
  4. Share Scientific Insights: Share any relevant scientific insights from the medical community with the MSL lead.
  5. Train Colleagues: Train colleagues internally, all in accordance with global and local compliance and regulations.
  6. Develop Scientific Expertise: Develop and maintain scientific and medical expertise (TAs and products).
  7. Identify and Develop Relationships: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and professional organisations.
  8. KOL Engagement: KOL engagement, key account medical support, training, and other appropriate activities.
  9. Facilitate Scientific Engagement: Facilitate scientific engagement, scientific exchange, and medical information.
  10. Provide Disease State Education: Provide Disease State Education, clinical presentations, and respond to medical requests.
  11. Update Medical Team: Update the medical team and other internal stakeholders on medical community interactions.
  12. Provide Medical Support: Provide medical support for patient and formulary access products following global and local policies and procedures.
  13. Support Medical Activities: Support the development, implementation, and completion of medical activities (advisory boards, congress symposia, hospital meetings, and speaker programs).
  14. Medical Resource: Serve as a medical resource for internal medical and sales training.
  15. Support Clinical Research: Support company-sponsored clinical research and IIS process.
  16. Attend Scientific Meetings: Attend relevant scientific meetings and conferences and support the development of summaries of key data, presentations, or symposia.
  17. Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable local and global laws, regulations, guidelines, and company policies and procedures.
  18. Develop Personal and Professional Capabilities: Develop personal and professional capabilities to improve skills and professional capabilities.
