Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned regional market, leveraging your expertise in sales and market analysis to drive growth and revenue expansion.
  2. Product Training and Marketing: Develop and execute product training programs and marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and drive sales growth.
  3. Distributor Management: Collaborate with assigned distributors to ensure alignment with our sales strategy and targets, providing support and guidance as needed to drive business success.
  4. Sales Forecasting: Utilize sales tools and applications to accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities in the local market, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in medical, bio-medical, human science, or a related discipline.
  2. Experience: Minimum 3 years' working experience in sales, with a strong background in the Medical Device field.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Italian, with the ability to access public and private markets.
  4. Location: Based in Naples is preferred, but not required.
