Luxury Boutique Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Advisor at Montblanc, you will be responsible for maximizing the performance of our boutique by achieving sales and strategic objectives while ensuring a great customer experience and optimum profitability.
Main Tasks:
• Strive to achieve boutique and personal sales targets through active participation in the daily sales process.
• Develop sales initiatives, including high-price item sales activities, to drive revenue growth.
• Greet, serve, and advise clients, providing exceptional service while introducing additional and alternative sales opportunities.
• Process cash and card payments, balance cash registers with receipts, and receive and store large stock deliveries.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in retail boutique sales.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong customer and goal orientation, with a passion for art and design.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work as part of a sales team.
