Job Title: Luxury Automotive Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Automotive Sales Manager to join our team at Naples Motorsports. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive sales growth.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales and market share.
  3. Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
