Field Sales Territory Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As our Field Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Field Sales Executives in Italy to drive business growth and success within the payments market. This role involves a combination of team leadership, customer engagement, and sales execution strategy to propel SumUp's growth in the Italian market.
Your Key Deliverables:
- Guide, inspire and empower your team to achieve outstanding results and drive business growth
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional sales performance
- Regularly review sales figures and ensure your team is working with the right sales strategies to drive value
- Communicate key insights and recommendations to business stakeholders to inform data-driven decisions
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience managing a Field Sales team with a track record of driving business growth and market disruption
- Excellent leadership and team management skills to inspire and motivate a high-performing team
- A deep understanding of the digital payment industry and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Fluency in English and Italian is required, with proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools a plus
