Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager for Wholesale Growth to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our On Trade Business Area, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing commercial strategies in the wholesale channel.

About the Role

The Regional Account Manager for Wholesale Growth will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sell-in and sell-out performance of assigned regional customers.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key regional wholesalers as the face of Brown Forman in front of customers.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Managing customer P&Ls, conducting regular performance reviews, and collaborating with the On Trade National Key Account Manager/Sell-Out team to maximize results.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience as a Regional Account Manager in the On Trade channel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering sales growth in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
  • In-depth knowledge of the On Trade spirits market and customer base (wholesalers and On trade customers).
