Luxury Automotive Sales Manager

As our Automotive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Hiring, training, and developing sales team members
- Managing the sales team's progress and performance
- Engaging with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business
- Monitoring and managing the sales team's CRM and implementing processes and workflows
- Following up on all Internet leads daily and with follow-up calls
- Helping manage inventory online and incentives
- Working with third-party vendors to generate and boost lead counts
- Maintaining effective employee relations and CSI at or above company standards
- Participating in required training and helping manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot
