Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our luxury car sales team and drive sales growth.

Naples Motorsports is a premier source for exotic and high-end vehicles, and we are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. As our Automotive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve revenue targets
  2. Hiring, training, and developing sales team members
  3. Managing the sales team's progress and performance
  4. Engaging with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business
  5. Monitoring and managing the sales team's CRM and implementing processes and workflows
  6. Following up on all Internet leads daily and with follow-up calls
  7. Helping manage inventory online and incentives
  8. Working with third-party vendors to generate and boost lead counts
  9. Maintaining effective employee relations and CSI at or above company standards
  10. Participating in required training and helping manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot
