About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Territory Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of Field Sales Executives to drive revenue growth and market disruption in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide, inspire, and empower a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Recruit and develop a team of best-in-class talent who will deliver outstanding results.
  • Regularly be on the field, championing sales performance, and offering mentorship and development to your team.
  • Support revenue growth by reviewing sales figures, ensuring your team is working with the right sales strategies to drive value.
  • Review and ensure adherence to working KPIs, including Customer Acquisition Cost, Customer Retention Rate, Sales Cycle Length, etc.
  • Communicate relevant insights to business stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing a Field Sales team with the skills to inspire, motivate, and cultivate a high-performing team that drives business growth and market disruption, preferably in the digital payment industry or a related technology field.
  • Lead by example and cultivate a positive, productive work environment.
  • Display a high level of customer focus, understanding that maintaining positive relationships with customers is key to long-term success.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM tools, data analysis tools, and other technologies is considered a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel is required.
