What is the role?
We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our team in central and southern Italy, based in Napoli. The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling the commercial performance of our distribution partners by providing clinical support and training on Aerogen products to end users. This will involve leveraging their deep knowledge of Aerogen products, services, and culture to nurture relationships with existing customers and develop new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a territory plan to drive Aerogen revenues through customer engagement, territory management, and effective collaboration with OEM and distributor partners.
  • Deliver high-quality territory action plans following Aerogen's commercial excellence framework, including key account performance, reporting, and utilization of omnichannel customer tools.
  • Work with distributors to align on strategic direction, focus on growth, and drive utilization of Aerogen's sales excellence and learning management tools.
  • Ensure strong customer engagement, including systematic KOL engagement and close liaison with Medical Affairs in key accounts.
  • Partner with Aerogen's Marketing team on new product launches and conduct peer-to-peer and promotion events in the assigned territory.
  • Build relationships with main KOLs responsible for tender procurements and access to reimbursement authorities to enhance product approval and coverage.
Requirements:
  • Laurea Triennale in STEM or Medical sciences or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in similar commercial roles within the medical device industry.
  • Previous clinical experience as a nurse or respiratory therapist is a plus.
