Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Electric and Electronics department in Naples, Italy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards;
  • Lead and organize project teams;
  • Coordinate with customers and suppliers;
  • Act as an escalation point for customer and supplier issues;
  • Interface with customers on project management;
  • Coordinate with other departments and teams;
  • Generate technical and project reports, and presentation materials to communicate project information and achievements.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in the Automotive E/E domain;
  • Knowledge of requirements and functional specifications management;
  • Understanding of vehicle development lifecycle;
  • Knowledge of software development processes;
  • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies;
  • Knowledge of test execution and management;
  • Ability to manage complex problems and propose solutions;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to define and communicate priorities;
  • Target-oriented attitude;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • High level of autonomy;
  • Eligibility to work full-time in Italy.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous experience with requirements management tools, Atlassian suite (specifically Jira), MS Project, or equivalent tools;
  • Knowledge of conflict management;
  • Innovative thinking attitude;
  • Effective time management approach.

Education:

Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrics, Human-Computer and Human-machine Interaction, or related fields).

Language Skills:

Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English (at least B2 level); knowledge of Italian and basic German would be appreciated (with willingness to improve).
