Project Leader

At Italdesign, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader to join our team. As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation;
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives;
  • Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met;
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed;
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and make adjustments as necessary;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and team members;
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as necessary;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure project objectives are aligned with company goals.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry;
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing projects from start to finish;
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Fluent knowledge of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally;
  • Knowledge of Italian and German is a plus.
Preferred Requirements
  • Previous experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project;
  • Knowledge of conflict management and negotiation techniques;
  • Ability to think innovatively and develop creative solutions;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights;
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to diverse perspectives and work styles.
Education and Language Skills

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Knowledge of Italian and German is a plus.
