Project Leader

Join Italdesign, a leading company in the automotive industry, as a Project Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance processes.
  • Lead and organize project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Act as an escalation point for project-related issues and concerns.
  • Interface with customers on project management and provide regular updates.
  • Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure project success.
  • Generate technical and project reports, as well as presentation materials, to communicate project progress and achievements.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Automotive E/E domain.
  • Knowledge of requirements and functional specifications management.
  • Understanding of the vehicle development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of software development processes.
  • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of test execution management.
  • Ability to manage complex problems and propose solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
  • Target-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and high level of autonomy.
  • Eligibility to work full-time in Italy.
Preferential Requirements
  • Previous experience with requirements management tools, Atlassian suite (specifically Jira), MS Project, or equivalent tools.
  • Knowledge of conflict management.
  • Innovative thinking attitude and time-management approach.
Other Information
  • Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrics, Human-Computer and Human-machine Interaction, or related fields).
  • Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English (at least B2 level); knowledge of Italian and basic German would be appreciated.
  • Workplace: Naples, Italy.
