Project Leader

At Italdesign, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader to join our team. As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation;
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives;
  • Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met;
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed;
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and make adjustments as necessary;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders;
  • Provide technical and project management expertise to support business growth and development;
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry;
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards;
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks;
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques;
  • Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders;
Preferred Requirements
  • Previous experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project;
  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies;
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment, with diverse teams and stakeholders;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines;
