Sales and Customer Growth - As a Regional Account Manager at Kellanova, you will be responsible for managing a group of top customers in the Campania region, building strong relationships based on trust, and achieving assigned sales objectives. You will also drive profitable customer growth and enjoy mobility and flexibility, with the opportunity to be based anywhere in the region.

Strategic Planning and Growth - You will develop specific plans for assigned customers, aligning with Kellanova's Commercial Strategy, and aim for sustainable growth. You will also meet quantitative and qualitative sales targets and collaborate with the Senior Sales Manager Regional Account and Financial Sales Business Partner to define financial plans for assigned customers.

Contract Negotiation - As a Regional Account Manager, you will negotiate local contracts with assigned customers, promoting Kellanova's image and implementing the 4P strategy (presence, placement, price, and promotion). You will also monitor market trends and competitors and oversee promotion planning, providing monthly sales forecasts for production to assigned customers.

Requirements for the role include a University Degree in Economics, previous experience in multinational FMCG companies, with a focus on sell in. You should have a good command of Excel, with the ability to drive best-in-class performances through market trend analysis, negotiation, selling, and in-store execution. A proactive attitude in every circumstance, with natural problem-solving approaches, is also essential.
