The Kellogg Company is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join its team as a Regional Sales Manager - Campania. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of top customers in the Campania region, with a primary focus on driving sales growth and achieving assigned objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a group of top customers in the Campania region to achieve sales objectives and drive profitable customer growth.
  • Negotiate local contracts with assigned customers to ensure alignment with company commercial strategy.
  • Develop and implement specific plans for assigned customers, aligning with the company's commercial strategy and aiming for sustainable growth.
  • Meet quantitative and qualitative sales targets, including NIV, NSV, and full P&L, and collaborate with senior sales managers and financial sales business partners to define financial plans for assigned customers.
  • Build strong customer relationships, promote the Kellogg brand, and implement the 4P strategy to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • University degree in economics or a related field.
  • Previous experience in multinational FMCG companies, with a focus on sell-in.
  • Excellent command of Excel, with the ability to drive best-in-class performances through market trend analysis and negotiation.
  • A proactive attitude and natural problem-solving approaches.
  • Advanced level of English.
