The Role

As an Outside Sales Consultant for our Naples location, you'll be based out of our design studio when not traveling. Your primary focus will be marketing to Florida's western coast, from Marco Island to Tampa, as well as Orlando and other assigned territories.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Marketing
  • Prospect and market within the designated territory, with a focus on project management, client service, and supporting the direct sales team.
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with trade clients through outside marketing, social media, client presentations, and events.
  • Set and achieve marketing strategies and revenue goals by client, monitoring and reporting progress to management.
Design Services/Project Management
  • Deliver exceptional service to maintain and grow long-term relationships with current clients.
  • Drive revenue by increasing client spend across all product lines.
  • Oversee project management, including tracking procurement, budgets, and timelines.
Operational Responsibilities
  • Support walk-in clients based in the Naples studio.
  • Maintain operational excellence, upholding brand standards and ensuring client needs are met.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in inside/outside sales in a high-end luxury brand environment.
  • Working knowledge of the Western Florida design community and plumbing/building industry.
  • Ability to work in an outside field environment, travel, and market within the territory 60% of the week.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
