Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement territory plans to drive incremental growth in direct sales.

Build strong business relationships with referral sources through effective sales calls and presentations.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and referral processing.

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in home care sales or related industry with a proven record of achieving incremental growth in direct sales.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
