Join Our Team as a Business Development Representative

CPL TAYLOR by Synergos srl - Ricerca e Selezione Personale Qualificato is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Sales department. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with clients in the logistics and transportation industry.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires 100% outbound activities, including cold calling, lead qualification, and sales outreach. You will be working closely with our Sales Executives to identify and pursue new business opportunities. If you have a hunter mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead qualification, and sales outreach
  • Build relationships with clients in the logistics and transportation industry
  • Work closely with Sales Executives to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales and/or customer-facing roles
  • A hunter mindset, experienced in building relationships with customers
  • Active listening skills, able to start and manage a lively conversation with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to work both, independently and as part of an international team
  • A solution-oriented attitude, with high self-motivation and dedication
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills, proficiency in other European language would be a strong plus
