We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Amazon. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive culture where all our people feel encouraged and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Business Leaders: Collaborate with site leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
- Implement HR Initiatives: Develop and implement HR initiatives that improve associate engagement and the working environment.
- Communicate Effectively: Develop communication plans and initiatives to support site briefs and bulk or site-wide announcements.
- Lead HR Projects: Take the lead on implementing and progressing HR projects that drive business outcomes.
- Drive Business Insights: Collect and analyze data to inform HR policies and plans that drive business results.
A Day in the Life
You will be based in an Amazon Fulfillment Center and will be the main representative to the Operations leadership at your location. You will work flexibly with colleagues in different areas of the business to drive business outcomes and create a positive atmosphere for our associates.
About the Team
Our Customer Fulfillment team is the foundation of our business, handling over 1.5 million orders every day. We are a dynamic and fast-paced team that is always looking for ways to improve and innovate. We are based in Fulfillment Centers, which are at the heart of Amazon's Operations network.
