JOB PURPOSE

MSC Cruises, recognized as the world's third-largest cruise operator, is embarking on a transformative 10-year investment initiative valued at €13.6 billion. This strategic plan includes the development of up to 17 new technologically advanced vessels, cutting-edge terminals, and other essential assets.

We are currently seeking an IT HR Business Analyst for our primary service delivery hub.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Human Resources processes and a strong interest in HR technology.

Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HR software platforms is highly desirable.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


• HR Process Evaluation: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to comprehend and assess their processes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and propose solutions to optimize workflows and boost efficiency.


• Data Evaluation: Collect and scrutinize HR data to deliver insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within HR systems.


• Requirements Identification: Work closely with HR teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.


• System Deployment: Assist in the rollout of HR software solutions, focusing on SuccessFactors or related platforms. Configure and tailor systems to meet HR requirements.


• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and implement test plans, conduct system testing, and collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure the successful launch of HR technology solutions.


• User Training and Assistance: Provide training and support to HR personnel on new system features and functionalities. Address user inquiries and issues in a timely manner.


• Change Management: Support change management initiatives related to HR technology deployments, ensuring a seamless transition for HR staff and end-users.

QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)


• Experience in complex organizations and/or familiarity with the cruise industry is advantageous.


• Familiarity with the SuccessFactors platform and/or Learning and Development systems is a plus.


• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is preferred.


• Proven track record as a Business Analyst with a focus on HR processes.


• Ideally, experience with SuccessFactors or comparable HR software platforms.


• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.


• Knowledge of project management methodologies is an asset.


• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
