Job Summary

The CRM Business Analyst will play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction for MSC Cruises by analyzing customer data, generating reports, and supporting CRM strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement and satisfaction.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage CRM data and drive business outcomes.

• Refine reporting processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Contribute to the design and execution of targeted marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement.

• Assist in customer database segmentation for personalized communication.

• Provide training to CRM users on system functionalities.

• Document CRM processes and procedures for reference and training.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in managing CRM activities in medium to large-size projects.

• Fluent English; any additional language is an advantage.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer lifecycle.

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or similar is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Power BI, Qsense, or similar is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
