Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Napoli. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Ethnic Minimarkets and Gas Station accounts in specific geographical areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner.
  • Management and development of designated area.
  • Maintenance and growth of Perfect Store standards focusing on availability, visibility, placements, and messaging.
  • Building quality relationships with foreign Store stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Influencing decision makers presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals.
  • Stock management to ensure Red Bull range availability.
  • POS management to secure in-store presence of Red Bull.
  • Administration and reporting of key in-store metrics.

Requirements:

  • Growth Mindset and proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment.
  • Experience in FMCG is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Valid driving license.
