Job Title: Technical Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team in Naples, FL. As a Technical Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to both the sales team and customers, helping to find solutions to customer problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and interpretation of customer requirements
  • Resource for incoming sales inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to customer requests and inquiries
  • Identify and make outbound contact with existing and potential customers to uncover sales opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and disseminate product information, technical specifications, and pricing details
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documentation
  • Qualify leads and opportunities, and route them to the appropriate Product Line Manager for further development and closure
  • Respond to technical inquiries, provide updates on the status of customer submissions, and set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of project developments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Sales, Marketing) or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or technical sales support role
  • Efficient with Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) PowerBI a plus
  • Ability to conduct product presentations
  • Data analytics
  • Negotiation
