About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Naples, FL. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in interpreting customer requirements and providing technical support to ensure seamless product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary technical resource for interpreting customer specifications and providing explanations of how products work in various applications
- Resource for incoming sales inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to customer requests and inquiries
- Identify and make outbound contact with existing and potential customers to uncover sales opportunities
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product and service portfolio
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Sales, Marketing) or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or technical sales support role
- Efficient with Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
