**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Napoli. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with ethnic market stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in ethnic markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers.
  • Ensure effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies.
  • Manage and develop designated areas to achieve maximum sales.
  • Maintenance and growth of Perfect Store standards focusing on availability, visibility, placements, and messaging.
  • Influence decision-makers presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals.
  • Earn a competitive estimated salary range: €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About You

  • Proven track record in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to manage and cultivate good relationships.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
