The Role: Italian Territory Business Development Manager

This exciting opportunity requires an experienced Territory Business Development Manager for central and southern Italy, based in Napoli. Your primary responsibility will be to enable commercial performance by providing clinical support and training on Aerogen products to end-users, leveraging your deep knowledge of our products, services, and culture to nurture existing customer relationships and develop new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Territory Plan: Drive Aerogen revenues through customer engagement (at all levels), territory management, and effective collaboration with OEM and distributor partners.
  • Delivery of High-Quality Territory Action Plan: Follow Aerogen's commercial excellence framework, including key account performance based on account potential, weekly activity reporting using CRM tools, omnichannel customer tool utilization, global marketing campaign leverage, sales support, and training for distributors and OEM partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or Medical sciences or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in similar commercial roles within the medical device industry.
  • Previous clinical experience as a nurse or respiratory therapist is highly valued.
