We are seeking a Luxury Sales Consultant who plays a pivotal role in enhancing the boutique's performance by achieving sales and strategic goals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and optimal profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work diligently to meet both boutique and individual sales objectives through active engagement in daily sales activities.
  • Initiate and develop sales strategies, including initiatives for high-value item sales.
  • Welcome, assist, and advise clients, providing the highest level of service while promoting additional and alternative sales, along with expert guidance on product selection.
  • Manage cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate balancing of cash registers.
  • Receive and organize the delivery of substantial stock quantities.
  • Restock shelves with merchandise to maintain an appealing display.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail boutique environment.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction and goal achievement.
  • Exemplary elegance, impeccable manners, a keen sense of style, and an appreciation for luxury products.
  • Ability to effectively plan and organize tasks, demonstrating strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A genuine passion for Art and Design.
  • Dependable, meticulous, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Accountable for the successful operation of the boutique.
  • Exceptional sales abilities, a strong customer focus, and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Able to collaborate within a sales team and comfortable interacting with the public.
