Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Automotive Sales Manager to join our team at The Learning Experience #377. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and manage sales team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve sales skills and techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences to deliver tailored sales solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and data to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Luxury Automotive Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the luxury automotive market and industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to achieve sales goals.
