About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at Pandora. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving retail excellence, and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and create a world-class shopping experience
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Develop and maintain a loyal customer base through engaging and building genuine relationships
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high-performance selling environment
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
